Welcome to the Glide support centre

In order to provide you with the most effective assistance possible we use a support ticketing system.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please use the same email address that you access Glide with.

Please check our extensive knowledge-base before creating a ticket. We have detailed answers to many frequent questions.

Additionally we have an online manual which walks you through various parts of the software.

Also we have a large selection of videos on our YouTube channel, that guide you through many of the Glide features.

Our support centre is staffed between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday UK time, however you can create a support ticket at any time. We aim to respond to all tickets the day that they are created. In emergencies such as a problem with our servers please see emergency support below.
