Glide Time

Glide time and Fees

As a Glide owned and developed product Glide Time and Fees is highly interwoven into every interface of the system. We offer a hybrid approach, catering for both traditional time based billing whilst also creating a hassle free way to monitor the profitability of fixed and value based assignments. Job and client card pop ups combined with our bulk time recording screen provide a variety of ways to record time. For those firms using Xero for their practice accounts Glide seamlessly integrates clients and invoices, both sending invoices from Glide to Xero and pulling in those recurring invoices generated in Xero. Features include advance billing, expense recording, multiple charge rates settings, target minutes and timesheet approval processes.

Glide Scheduler

Glide Scheduler

Another of Glide's in house modules, Glide Scheduler is fully integrated with the Glide database allowing you to allocate time to clients and jobs. Scheduler provides a web based staff planner to allow effective organisation of your team across all required client tasks. The easy to use drag and drop interface will help you ensure all tasks have been booked whilst maximising staff utilisation. Mark bookings as provisional and then fully lock them to ensure jobs are fully resourced. Team members accustomed to using Excel for the staff planner will love the transformation. All staff can simultaneously access and update the planner, toggling between day, week, month and year views.

Xero integration

Xero integration

For firms that maintain their own practice accounts in the Xero accounting system we have an integration. Client and invoices are synced in real time. Clients have to be created in Glide, this is to ensure we properly record the client type which has a bearing on deadline generation in the Glide system. Glide creates new clients in Xero and will send across invoices. In addition Glide will check each evening for any recurring invoices that have been created on Xero and bring them into Glide as an advance bill, for subsequent allocation to time entries.

Companies House

The Companies House integration is built into the Glide cloud system and is active for all UK customers. On client creation (either manual, via the API or the Excel import) simply provide the Company number and Glide will obtain the name, next year end, incorporation date and 1st year end marker automatically. The most impressive aspect here is when first onboarding, you simply need to collate your company numbers and Glide will accurately work out what work you should be doing.

Google Drive

Google Drive

Glide's integration with Google Drive brings document storage to the Glide system. Files can be uploaded through Glide or through the existing Google Drive website and applications. Glide creates a folder for every client, job and user and any files in those folder are visible on the Glide job and client cards.

Digita Connector

Ideal for firms using the Digita suite but in need of a more formal and controlled workflow management and dashboard system. You create new clients in Digita, every 15 minutes our connector will poll for new clients or client updates. Allows you to retain a fully integrated setup and to avoid any duplication of data entry, whilst benefiting from a best of breed solution to workflow management.

CCH Connector
